| Explanation: Excavations at Degirmentepe have revealed that the site was continually inhabited from the Chalcolithic to the Middle Ages (Middle Ages, Late Roman, Iron Age, MBA and LBA (not layered), EBA, and Chalcolithic). The two specimens dated to the Chalcolithic, which covers layers 6-11, come from site l. The METU D-22 date, which was taken from unit #349, does not have a published margin of error. |
