Location: It is located on the Kücükaluc Plateau to the 4 km east of the Elmali Village. It can be reached from the village roads of Sansarak-Sigihisar-Elmali from Iznik. The stabilized road from Elmali to Alucyayla takes about half an hour by car.
Structural Properties and formation : It was formed within the Jura aged limestones along a pronounced fault line. A small lake was formed in the narrow gallery at the final zone. Hydrologically; the fossil part is completely dry while the part connected to the main gallery through a narrow passage and developed along the joint is active. There is a lake with a depth over 2 m.
Research History: It was explored and mapped by MTA; and published in 1997.
Findings: Cave flies and molluscs were seen.
