Mesrutiyet Deligi lies 3 m above and 25m west of Mesrutiyet Cave located in Mesrutiyet Village in the west of Sile. This cave also close to the road. It is 500 m far from Mesrutiyet Village and 5 km far from Sile. It is firstly mapped by Ertek and his team. It is formed in aged Ahmetli limestones belonging to Upper Cretaceous. The mouth of the cave lies in the reverse plane of fault, in the northwest of 94 m - Meydan Hill. It was suggested that the hole with 3 m of height was opened in a crack connected to Mesrutiyet Yaręgę in the west of the mouth. Cave utilised by jackels is fossil and dry.
