The nine thousand year old mound has been partially flattened to expand agricultural land. Remaining sections are terraced. The mound soil has slid off to its skirts. A gas station is located on one of its skirts, probably where once the Neolithic Age remains resided. The mound has been subjected to years long illicit digging and road construction.
