Location: It is located within the borders of Bozkir District of Konya Province. It is situated on Konya-Bozkir motorway, in the ancient city of Zengibar Castle (Isaura Nova-Isaurapolis) that is 16 km far from Bozkir, near the entrance of the city. |

Research and Excavation: The one and only detailed research about the structure was performed by Swoboda and Knoll in the beginning of 1900s. These scholars have drawn the plan and the façades of the structure. |
Description: Decorative Features: The church was built with regular cut-stones. It is located near the main entrance gate of the city. The structure is in central plan is octagonal. The information about the structure, which has been severely damaged and remained under soil, is obtained from the research performed by Swoboda and Knoll. The octagonal naos of the church is entered through the door in the west. The apse located in the east forms one of the sides of the octagon. The apse is in the form of semicircular both inside and outside and it receives the light through five arched windows on the wall. Except the façades of the entrance and the apse, all façades bear four semicircular arched windows. |
