It stands on a plain over a steep rock; east of Alaçam Stream; 75 m northwest of the Garipogullari Quarter of Akçakese Village; northeast of Kastamonu Province. It was discovered in 1996 during the Kastamonu Survey conducted by A. Özdogan; C. Marro and A. Tibet. The EBA pottery was collected from the illicitly digged pits. Also found is pottery belonging to the Chalcolithic Age; the Iron Age and the Hellenistic Period. It is coded under B 34 / 3.
