| It rests on the western skirts of a natural elevation on the western bank of the Tunca River, approximately 1 km northwest of the Avariz Village. It was discovered by B. Erdogu during the Edirne Survey conducted in 1995. Sherds dating from the Late Bronze Age and Early Iron Age were collected along with the Classical Period from an area around 100 m in diameter. |
