It is located in the Tutumlu Hamlet in the Karaagac Village of the provincial district, approximately 11 km southeast of the Lake Van, and 50 km north of Van. The finds include a a cuneiform column standing on a column base supporting the ceiling, which was found in a large building on the western skirt of the Aliler Fortress. The inscription is from the reign of the Urartian King Menua (810-786 BC). |
