It is located on the north of Aksaray-Konya motorway, in Akhan Mevkii; Kutlu Beldesi in Merkez District of Aksaray Province. The settlement appears in the Aksaray Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Aksaray Province Culture and Tourism Directorship in 2009. It measures 200x200 m. It is a circular shaped mound with a height of 10 m. The collected sherds from the surface are dated to IA Hellenistic and Roman Periods and Middle Age. It was visited during the survey conducted by Tekocak in 2011 [Tekocak 2013:119]. |
