It is located on the south face of the hill which is formed by natural white stones; on the east of the meadow in Atçayiri Mevkii; 7 km southwest of Kozagaci Beldesi in Çavdir District of Burdur Province. The reliefs appear in the Burdur Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Burdur Province Culture and Tourism Directorship in 2007. There are 10 reliefs with dioscuri depictions (two men with a horse and a woman in between) which are placed in rectangular shaped panels on the bedrock. One of the panels is with pediment. To left side of these rock reliefs, there are also 5 reliefs with dioscuri depictions arranged in three rows and placed in rectangular shaped panels. The dioscuri depiction in question is located on the west face of the natural hill. A stone block facing to south is ornamented with a rectangular shaped door relief with fascia and an oval shaped shield relief next to it. There is a crossed sword depiction on the shield. |
