It lies on the southern slope of Cebel-i Reis Mountain; in Gözüküçüklü Village; 13 km east of Alanya District of Antalya Province. The settlement appears in the Antalya Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Antalya Province Culture and Tourism Directorship in 2003.The remains belong to Roman Period. Also, an inscription in Phoenician language dated to 725 BC was found in this ancient city. The inscription is on display at Alanya Museum. |
