| It lies on Diyarbakir-Ergani motorway, the north of Karpuzlu (Malikan) Village in Ergani District of Diyarbakir Province. It appears in the Diyarbakir Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Diyarbakir Province Culture and Tourism Directorship between 2009 and 2011. A lot of rock graves carved into the bedrock were discovered. As well as the graves with 3 klinai in half moon shape, there are some graves which have different entrances and klinai in different numbers. The entrances have stone lids. A vessel type grave with a dimension of 50x200 cm and bone pits with a dimension of 60x60 cm and a depth of 50 cm were discovered inside of these graves, especially on the ground of the graves where the houses were built by local people. |
