: It is located 1 km south of Yurtbasi Village in Refahiye District of Erzurum Province. It was discovered during the survey conducted by Özgül and his team in 2011. The mound is situated on a fertile land. Dumanli Mountains is located on its south and Bulgar Creek is situated 1 km south of it. It has a strategically significant position. To access to the mound is quite easy. The mound measures 55x40 m. Potsherds recovered from the mound show that it was inhabited in BA [Özgül et al. 2013:282]. |
