Kale Höyük is located in Kusdilli Quarter, in the center of Kirsehir Province. The excavations studies are being carried out by the Directorate of Kirsehir Museum under the scientific consultance of I. A. Adibelli from Ahi Evran University since 2012. During the studies carried out in Trench I3 in 2013, pottery sherds belonging to IA were found. The great number of pits found in the trench yielded small amount of IA pottery as well. In Level 5, thick-walled storage pots belonging to IA were recovered [Adıbelli 2015]. |
