It is located in Gölce Village in Kaynarca District of Sakarya Province. It was discovered during the survey conducted by M. Kartal and his team in 2013. In the fields located in the area called Çanli Mezar Sirti (also named as Area no.3), a great number of Middle Age wares and flint finds, mostly consist of flakes, were found. The period of these flint finds is not known. In the fields on the left side of the road, high density of remains belonging to Middle Age settlement was found [Kartal et al. 2015:12]. |
