It locates at a height of 2105 m, about 2 km northwest of Yokusdibi Village, 13 km northwest of Merkez District in Ardahan Province. It was erected with medium sized stones in the drystone wall technique. There is a tower measuring 12x13.5 m. The thickness of the wall ranges from 1.70 to 2.20 m. There is a well-preserved wall, which is 20 m long, extending in the northeast-southwest direction in the east of the tower. Another wall locates 25 m south of it. The potsherds found on the surface date to EBA and Bronze Age [Pataci et al. 2017:176]. |
