It is located in the northeast slope of Altintas Dam Pond, within the borders of Altintas Village in Merkez District of Usak Province. It was discovered during the survey conducted by H. Oy in 2013. The valley in which the mound is located was registered as Altintas Kaya Yerlesimi. In this area, a large number of rock-cut tombs are located. The mound has lost its shape due to heavy destruction. EBA finds recovered from the surface consist of red and brown burnished, handmade vessels, bowls with groove and incised decoration, flint cutting tools, pestles and bone tools [Oy 2015:221]. The team revisited the mound in 2014, and they found Late Neolithic, Chalcolithic and Roman wares in addition to EBA finds. Similar examples of the sherd painted dark brown on pinkish white/cream slip among the finds are known from Late Neolithic/Early Chalcolithic levels of Eyice Höyük and İçikli-Üçin in Afyonkarahisar Province [Oy 2016:509].
