It is located in Aktas Village (Flaviopolis) in Merkez District of Usak Province. It was discovered during the survey conducted by H. Oy in 2013. The diameter of the mound is over 500 m. Its height is about 25 m. A great number of EBA and Roman sherds were found on the southwest slopes of the threshing floor and village clinic and in the village cemetery. EBA wares consist of red burnished vessels and a high quantity of black burnished wares [Oy 2015:223]. |
