It is located in the west of Usak-Sivasli motorway, 500 m northwest of Akarca Village in Sivasli District of Usak Province. It was discovered during the survey conducted by Ö. Koçak in 2013. A well is located about 200 m northeast of of the settlement. The settlement measures 140 m in the east-west direction and 80 m in the north-south direction. Late Neolithic, Chalcolithic, EBA, MBA and Roman finds were recovered. EBA and MBA material is more common. Vessels with triangle lugs and trefoil mouths belonging to the 2nd millennium BC were seen. Remains of city wall, which probably belonged to MBA, were discovered in the northern slope of the settlement [Koçak 2015:361-362]. |
