It is located 100 m west of the main road heading to Gülümbe in Bahçelievler Quarter in Merkez District of Bilecik Province. It was discovered during the survey conducted by T. Efe in 2013. The area, which is surrounded by modern buildings, measures about 70x50 m. Archaeological materials were found in the dig of construction of an apartment. As a result of the survey, it is revealed that the area contains a single building level. It is probably dated to Classical Fikirtepe Phase that corresponds to Late Neolithic Period [Efe et al. 2015:496-497]. |
