It is located just below the modern settlement in Avciçayir Village of Otlukbeli District in Erzincan Province. It is founded on the foothill in the south of the ancient road connecting Otlukbeli and Bayburt. There are fields and a stream around the settlement. It was investigated during the survey conducted by Alpaslan Ceylan and his team in 2014. The survey yielded pottery sherds belonging to IA, Hellenistic Period and Middle Age [Ceylan et al. 2016:448-9]. |
