It locates in Dikilitas Mevkii of Çiftlik Village, at the border of Afyonkarahisar, 700 m south of the Afyonkarahisar-Usak motorway, at the east edge of Banaz District in Usak Province. The Çayözü Creek flows near the settlement. It was discovered during the survey conducted by H. Oy and his team. It is 100 m in diameter and 5 m in height. Potsherds dating to Greek-Roman Period were determined on the surface as well as the EBA pottery [Oy 2017:59]. |
