It locates on the top of Tekdoruk Hill, 3.5 km northwest of Kartalpinar Village, in Merkez District of Ardahan Province. It was discovered during the survey carried out by S. Pataci and his team in 2015. Since the settlement has been severely damaged, it is hard to make an interpretation on the dispersion of the settlement. The stones are usually in heaps, and in situ walls are very few. It is assumed that there is an external wall with a diameter of about 40 m surrounding the natural terrace. It is also stated that there might be a round structure in the center. There are no finds to be able to date the settlement [Pataci et al. 2017:184]. |
