It locates at a distance of 300 m from the shore, about 2 km north of Gülbahçe Village, in Urla District of Izmir Province. The Karaburun road passes nearby the hill. Cinderesi flows from its north. It was investigated during the survey conducted by T. Caymaz and his team in 2015. The area is quite steep and rocky. There is a three-staged defense wall on the slope of the hill facing to the sea. The wall was erected with cornered stones and it measures about 50 m in length. Since the other sides are steep rocks, no structure is needed to support the defense. EBA potsherds are in high density around the wall. An open bowl with an unperforated lug is similar to the one found in Gölkayasi Hill near Alaçati. There are also MBA, Hellenistic and Roman wares [Caymaz-Emeç 2017:627].
