It locates on top of the hill, 400 m west of the Burdur-Antalya highway, in Bogazköy, in Bucak District of Burdur Province. It was discovered during the survey conducted by H. Metin and his team in 2015. The city wall was erected with a double course of stones in the polygonal technique and it measures 1.40 m in width. Inside the city wall, there are architectural remains that were built parallel to the city wall. Remains of a church were determined on the uppermost section of the settlement. There is a cistern in the narthex of this church. It shows similarity to the temple and cistern discovered in Keraitai [Metin 2017:315]. |
