In 2013, Palaeolithic finds were found during the IstYA Survey carried out in the fields at the entrance of Semenköy, 26 km far from the centrum of Silivri District in Istanbul Province. A pebble tool, a grindstone, a pestle and an abrader, which are dated to Lower Palaeolithic, were found [Güldogan 2015:28]. |
