It lies 8 km northeast of Eskisehir Province. It was visited on the plain located east of Eskisehir during a survey conducted in 1993 in Kütahya; Bilecik and Eskisehir by T. Efe. It measures 195 m in diameter and 11 m in height. Pottery of the EBA II-III; the second millennium BC and the Phrygian Period was collected from the surface. On the surface; there are destruction pits. Bones of human skeletons are coming out from those pits. Based on this; it is reported that the mound was in use as a cemetery for a particular period. |
