| It was discovered during a survey in 1998 conducted in the surrounding territory of Bogazköy by R.M. Czichon of the Bogazköy excavation team. It covers an area of ca. 500x500 m. The site had been continuously inhabited from the Chalcolithic Age to the Roman-Byzantine Periods. |
