It is located on the southwestern foot of a tumulus; south of the Tersakan Stream; 3 km southwest of Tuzla Village; 9 km east of Havza District as the crow flies; southwest of Samsun Province. It was discovered during the Survey of the Samsun Region in 1973 conducted by U.B. Alkim. As a result of the surface collection and analysis by the team; sherds dating from the third millennium BC were recovered. |
