| The site lies northeast of Burdur; on the southern shore of Iznik lake; close to Sölöz village. In 1965 a grinding stone piece and hand made black sherds (?) are found within secondary mound soil at a location; beside the village; which is not reported specifically by S.A. Kansu [Kansu 1970:fig.20-21]. There is no detailed information about the finds; but they are considered as Chalcolithic Age finds; therefore it is one of the dubious sites for this period. |
