It is 2 km west of the village of Fakili in the district of Kaman; province of Kirsehir. The settlement lies on a natural slope and measures 140 m in diameter; 14 m in height. It was discovered in 1986 during the Survey of Kirsehir Province conducted by S. Omura. Architectural remains were observed on the southern and western sections. These remains include rectangular planned stone foundations. Sherds of a vase dating to the second half of the 1st millennium BC were found in the illicit pits. It is also reported that EBA and Iron Age materials were seen abundantly on the surface. |
