The mound lies southeast of the village of Kurugöl in the district of Mucur; province of Kirsehir. It measures 120 m in diameter; 8 m in height. It was discovered in 1990 during the surveys conducted in the Central Anatolia under the leadership of S. Omura. The surface finds were dated to the EBA; MBA and Iron Age. |
