It lies on the Ankara-Kaman motorway; on the western foot of Dinek Mountain; 1 km southeast of the village of Karaagil; 20 km southeast of the district of Keskin in the province of Kirikkale. The mound measures 139 m in diameter and 18 m in height. It was discovered in 1991 during the survey of Central Anatolia conducted by S. Omura. Plenty of illicit pits were observed on the southern slope. In this area were seen remains of a 30 m long wall made of stone blocks. The ceramics collected were dated to the EBA; Iron Age and Hellenistic Period. The majority of the finds consists of nail impressed of red slipped sherds.
