It lies 2.5 km west of the village of Namkisla in the district of Ortaköy; province of Aksaray. It measures 111 m in north-south; 91 m in east-west directions and 10 m in height. It is an oval shaped mound. The settlement is surrounded by fields and its western section is damaged by a road. It was discovered in 1995 during the survey of Central Anatolia conducted by S. Omura. The surface finds consist of sherds dating to the EBA. |
