It is located 30.5 km northwest of Harran; 4.5 km south of Sanliurfa-Mardin motorway. It is also known as El Faris Hill. It was visited by N. Yardimci during the survey of Harran Plain. The Chalcolithic Age finds consist of well-fired sandy ware of pale buff biscuit and burnished wares. Sherds belonging to the EBA and Medieval-Islamic Period were also collected from the surface. |
