It is located 30.5 km northwest of Harran; 4.5 km south of Sanliurfa-Mardin motorway. It is also known as El Faris Hill. It was visited by N. Yardimci during the survey of Harran Plain. The EBA finds consist of painted fine ware and sandy burnished plain wares. Sherds belonging to the Chalcolithic Age and Medieval-Islamic Period were also collectid from the surface. |
