It lies south of industrial site of Devrek; on the former Zongulda motorway; çlose to the villages of Gümüspinar (Hatipoglu) and Müstakimler; southeast of Devrek District of Zonguldak province. It has an dverlooking position to the valley towards Asar Tepe about 5 km east of Gümüspinar Village and Karadeniz Ereglisi. It is 200x200x25 m in dimensions. The mound was discovered by G. Karauğuz in 2004 during Devrek Survey and lots of EBA and Roman Period potsherds found on its southern and southwestern slopes [Karauguz 2006:69-70].
