| It is a long mound, which has been entirely obscured by the District of Göksun, lying nortwest of the provincial center of Kahramanmaras. Pottery finds as well as other finds indicate that the mound had been inhabited during the Early Bronze Age, Iron Age, Roman and Islamic Periods [Dönmez-Brice 1949:50]. |
