The survey conducted by Diler in 1996 on a rocky hill at Göbelen Yukariasari; 5 km east of the Çine District of the Aydin Province yielded many rock pavements. Mostly presumed to have been arrnaged for civil activities; the remains include grape presses; cistern; granary; crushing grounds and channels on the eastern and western parts. A steep rock delimiting the ground place with the remains on to the east and the rock bowel next to it might have been related with worshipping [Diler 1998:412]. No information has been provided by the researcher on dating. |
