It lies to the north of the Çumra District; southeast of the Konya Province. Most of the ancient remains identified at the village includes inscriptions from the Roman Period. Among the inscriptions are an inscribed and embossed altar dedicated to Pluton and Kore; dating to the 1st -2nd centuries A.D.; as well as two milestones. One of the milestones is dated to 333-337 A.D. while the other one bears three inscriptions belonging to 333-337 A.D.; 364-375 A.D. and 367-375 A.D. |
