It lies 2 km northwest of the Ayvali Village, southwest of Amasya. It measures 250x100 m in dimensions with a height of 6 m. It was discovered by a team under the direction of M. Özsait, who has been conducting surveys in the Middle Black Sea Region since 1986. Paint decorated sherds from the Early Bronze Age were collected. It takes place in the registered archaeological sites list prepared by Ministry of Culture and Tourism. |
