It is located in the Baykara Village, 13 km north of the Selim District in Kars. When considered together with the village, it was founded on a hill, which is not so high. At present it has been heavily destroyed with the construction of a mosque right at the center of the fortress so that the structure looks like garden wall of the mosque. Despite heavy destruction, it still survives thanks to its huge stones, which are so difficult to be removed. According to suggestions related with similar structures, they can be dolmen, megalith or kurgan. The ceramic data indicate Early Bronze Age, Iron Age and Middle Age.
