Location: It is located on the Karlikkale Hill (1737 m) to the northwest of the Arayit Mountain (1819 m) at the southeastern end of the Sivrihisar Mountains comprising the highest areas of the region and extending between the Sivrihisar and Sakarya Rivers. Close to the Yelini and Yelüstü Caves; it lies to the northeast of the Karacaören Village of Sivrihisar. It can be reached from the Sivrihisar-Ballihisar-Caykoz or Günyüzü-Kayakent-Caykoz motorway. After the village; a 2 hour walk leads to the cave.
Geography and Environment: It developed vertically like a shaft. It drops into a -13 m vertical descent. Located at the vadose zone and consisting of two interconnected parts; it is a fossil sinkhole which halted its development. With a keyhole-like profile; it has characteristics of a multi periodic formation. The first zone has a wide floor with a mass of snow; getting deeper on the eastern edge.
